Arrival & departure
Arrival is possible any day.
Upon your arrival, your room will be available after 2 p.m.
On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
Please notify us by phone if you arrive after 6 p.m.
Prices
Prices for half board are stated in euros and per person and day for a minimum stay of three nights in a double room or multi-bed room with shower, WC and south-facing balcony. All previously issued prices are cancelled with the publication of this price information. Effective date: 2013-06-18
Pets
Pets are permitted upon request (€ 5,00 per day without food). We reserve the right to charge for any possibly required final cleaning. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room and in the sauna area.
Deposit (to ensure the reservation)
For a binding reservation, we kindly request that you transfer a deposit in the amount of € 100 per room.
Payment
Please pay the bill in cash or by cheque one day before your departure.
Bookings
Booking requests become valid only after our written confirmation and following the transfer of the deposit.
Cancellation conditions - if everything turns out different...
"Cancellation" sounds bothersome and it mostly is for all those involved. But of course, something may come up at any time. If that is ever the case, we will of course try to accommodate you as far as possible. There are no costs involved for cancellations made up to six weeks before your vacation and we will reimburse the deposit. With cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the vacation, we will keep the deposit. And we charge 50% of the total price of the booked package for cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the vacation. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the price of the booked package will be charged in full. Any already paid deposits will be included in the cancellation fees. Our cancellation conditions comply with those of the Italian Hotel Association. The place of jurisdiction is Bozen.
